Mr. Tucker has extensive experience in the oil and gas pipeline and station construction and inspection fields. Mr. Tucker was the CEO of Tucker Industries and Cheyenne Industries based in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Tucker is Founder of the EchoRFID solutions and co-founder of Guardian ProStar, Inc. headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado USA. Mr. Tucker's vision focuses on technologies that enhance improving asset management of buried assets and preventing damage to utilities and improving safety of workers during construction activity.

Dale Hansen, VP Canadian Operations

Mr. Hansen brings over 25 years of Oil & Gas Service-related experience, structuring business operations and sales in Canada and global markets. He Co-founded and was VP of Prime Perforating, a Canadian manufacturer of perforating explosives and specialty tubing conveyed tool systems. and Co- founder and VP of RPI submersible ESP systems. Currently, President/Owner of Cobar Consulting Ltd. delivering sales and marketing for Canadian and International companies and, President/Owner of Cobar Fibreglass Solutions Ltd; a Canadian business, importing GRE pipe products from China and supplying various systems into Canada with export opportunities into the USA and Mexico. Mr. Hansen is a registered Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers & Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum.

Ronald J. Baker, P.Eng.

Mr. Baker serves as President of his own consulting firm. He has 42 years experience in the oil and gas industry. His areas of expertise include project design, condition assessment, and non-destructive testing such as Cathodic protection design and monitoring; Internal coatings and protection; Ultrasonic inspection; Materials specification; Pipeline design; Compressor design; Failure analysis; Mechanical and structural design; Project management; Oil systems design; Pressure vessel design; Mechanical analysis (WCB inspections); Right-of-way selection; Slope stability inspection/consulting; and Steel piling foundation design and inspection. He currently serves as a technical advisor to the Oil & Gas Commission of British Columbia, Canada.

Gord Hockridge, C.Tech.

Mr. Hockridge served in the Military Engineers for eleven years and has 33 years (hands on) experience in the oil and gas construction industry. Mr. Hockridge experience includes construction management on numerous pipeline and facility construction projects in both upstream and mid stream sectors. Mr. Hockridge is the President of his own consulting company formed in 1986. Mr. Hockridge served as the Chief Inspecting Engineer for the government of British Columbia, Canada and has recognized for many years the ongoing concerns faced by industry where PIM is concerned. During the last 2 years he has been working with the ECHO SHIELD team on a viable and complete PIM solution for industry.

Tom Petty

Mr. Petty is a pipeline and specialized HDPE pipe contractor. He currently is president of Petty Construction, specializing in directional boring projects for utility and energy companies. Mr. Petty is a second generation pipeliner, and is the Past Chairman of local API Chapter, Board member of Colorado Oil and Gas Association (COGA), and a Member of Damage Control Council Western Colorado.
